Your First Session: What to Expect

During your initial session, we focus directly on the core friction, challenge, or pattern causing discomfort or uncertainty in your life. You will receive targeted guidance and energetic realignment tailored to what you are ready to integrate—bringing immediate clarity, relief, and deep understanding to your situation. Beyond short-term resolution, these sessions empower you to sustain a high-vibrational state by cultivating enduring spiritual virtues and long-term personal mastery.

Session Delivery & Technology

Sessions are conducted in person or remotely via telephone or Zoom.

• Zoom Logistics: Please ensure the Zoom app or browser extension is installed prior to your appointment (zoom.us/download). A private meeting link will be emailed to you prior to your session.

Punctuality & Time Management

• On-Time Start: All sessions begin precisely at the scheduled time.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late (within 15 minutes), your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time out of respect for subsequent client appointments.

Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policies

• Advance Notice (24+ Hours): Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling or canceling with more than 24 hours' advance notice carries no fee.
• Late Cancellations (< 24 Hours): Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours' notice incur a fee equal to 50% of the session rate ($150 USD) or the forfeiture of one session credit for package holders.
• Missed Appointments & No-Shows: Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice or failing to attend results in the full forfeiture of your session fee ($300 USD) or one package credit. Refunds are not issued for missed appointments.

Transferability, Gifts & Session Validity

• Transferability: Purchased sessions are non-transferable, except to immediate family members residing in the same household. Sessions cannot be transferred to extended relatives, friends, or colleagues.
• Gift Purchases: You may purchase sessions as a gift provided the recipient has given explicit consent. Once designated, gifted sessions remain non-transferable to other parties.
• No Expiration: Unused or open package credits never expire.

Recording & Privacy Policy

Sessions are strictly live and are not recorded by the practitioner to maintain complete confidentiality, privacy, and energetic presence. Personal audio or video recording during the session is not permitted.

WEB APPOINTMENTS & SCHEDULING POLICIES

• Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments: Arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice is considered a missed appointment. No-shows and missed appointments forfeit the full session fee ($300 USD) or one package credit. Session fees are non-refundable.
