Course Delivery & Technical Standards
- Live Instruction: All courses, seminars, and workshops (whether intensive or regular) are delivered live in real time via Zoom (zoom.us). Nothing is pre-recorded.
- Technical Requirements: Students must possess high-speed internet, a functional webcam, and a quality built-in microphone or external headset. Our courses and materials are optimized for modern desktop or laptop computers; full accessibility on tablets or mobile phones cannot be guaranteed. Our office will not issue refunds for students unable to join due to personal software, internet, or hardware incompatibilities.
- Live Classroom Presence: Students are required to be present and actively engaged. Webcams must remain turned ON throughout class sessions. Microphones must remain muted at all times unless you are asking a question, making a comment, or are invited to participate by your tutor. Please present yourself with professional mindfulness and respect.
Curriculum, Materials & Copyright Protection
- Prerequisite Materials: If an official Human Design text equivalent to the course you are taking has been published, it is considered a prerequisite and you are expected to purchase it.
- Instruction Language: Classes are taught in English. If a course or its respective materials are offered in a different language, it will be clearly advertised prior to registration.
- Intellectual Property: All materials utilized throughout the program (including e-manuals, PDFs, books, and presentation slides) are strictly copyrighted and provided exclusively for personal study. No element of these materials may be reproduced, copied, pasted, or recirculated in any form whatsoever.
- Class Recordings: Our live classes are generally not recorded for student download. In the event a session is recorded for internal company use, students will be notified prior to registration. Any temporary cloud recordings will be permanently deleted 30 days after course completion.
Classroom Ethics, Conduct & Chart Privacy
- Strict Confidentiality: The study of Human Design and Astrology requires deep integrity and discretion. All student interactions, chart discussions, and personal disclosures must be treated with the highest degree of confidence and must not be shared outside of our classroom.
- Chart Display Privacy: It is common for tutors to display the BodyGraph charts of students during classroom discussion. These charts will always be displayed without birth data attached. However, if you do not wish your BodyGraph to be shared with the class, please inform your tutor or our office prior to the start of the course.
- Educational Material & Sensitivity: Tutors may utilize the BodyGraphs of notable historical figures or events for diagnostic instruction. The use of such material does not constitute an endorsement of any moral values, prejudices, or actions of the past or present. Tutors will also employ technical astrological and Human Design terminology that is accepted within these systems. We maintain high standards of contemporary cultural, race, gender, and age awareness. Students who disrupt the learning experience over relevant case study material may be removed from the course without eligibility for a refund.
- Professional Conduct & Sobriety: We acknowledge that our students are talented and may practice various modalities; however, class time must not be used to teach personal views outside the scope of the enrolled curriculum. Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal. Furthermore, any student attending class under the influence of illicit substances will be dismissed, and their enrollment will be automatically canceled without reimbursement.
Attendance, Make-Up Hours & Certification
- Punctuality & Participation: Students are expected to arrive on time and participate actively in all discussions and assigned tasks. Being continually late qualifies as an absence.
- Short Programs (1–5 Days): 100% daily attendance is required.
- Extended Programs (10+ Days):
- Missing one (1) day is permitted.
- Missing two (2) days requires private make-up instruction ($200 USD fee per day / approx. 4 hours) to receive your certificate.
- Missing three (3) or more days results in automatic disqualification from graduation, with no reimbursement provided.
- Break Schedules: Intensive classes (approx. 6 hours/day) include two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break. Regular classes (approx. 2 hours/day) include one 5-to-10-minute break.
- Certification: Upon successful completion of all required tasks and attendance parameters, students will receive a digital Certificate of Attendance.
- Personal Accountability: Studying Human Design and Astrology can evoke profound shifts in how you perceive reality. We encourage you to embrace your studies as an evolving journey, allowing time for deep contemplation, practice, and the exploration of additional sources.
Cancellations, Refunds & Admin Deposits
- Student Cancellations: If a student changes their mind for any reason, a cancellation request must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the commencement of the first class. Approved cancellations will be refunded minus a 15% administrative deposit. No reimbursements are issued for requests made less than 72 hours before the course begins.
- School Cancellations: In the unlikely event that a course is canceled or postponed by the administration (e.g., due to low enrollment), our office will refund your tuition in full. We are not liable for any additional personal costs incurred by the student.
- Payment Security: All payments are processed securely via PayPal. We do not store credit card details on our website, nor do we share customer details with third parties.
Trademark & Professional Credentials
- Human Design Certification: You may only promote your services as a Human Design Practitioner when you are an officially certified Human Design Analyst or Teacher.

- Theta Astrology® Trademark: Theta Astrology® is registered nationally and internationally with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). No external domain, social media profile, page, group, school, or institute may include our trademarked name.
- Theta Astrology Certification: You may promote services as a Theta Astrologer Practitioner only if you have been officially certified by us.
